Health Talk on Microbime

On Wednesday 12th June 2024 we had a group of members from Metropolitan University come and speak to our Elderly Wellbeing Group about Microbime. The session covered topics such as gut health, good & bad bacteria, probiotics, prebiotics and there processes.
The group of women were very happy and engaged in this particularly interesting health talk!
