Launching The 5th Annual British Beacon Mosque Awards 2022

The 5th Annual Beacon Mosque Awards for 2022 has been launched, continuing to showcase and award Mosques doing amazing work across the UK .

At the end of Summer 2022, Faith Associates through its Beacon Mosque Project will hold its 5th annual British Beacon Mosque Awards.

The Beacon Mosque Awards are the first Mosque Awards Ceremony in the world, and have been attended by hundreds of Mosque leaders in 2018 and 2019.

In 2020, the Beacon Mosque Awards was attended online by thousands of guests, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

There are 12 categories open for the 5th Beacon Mosque Awards for 2022:

• Best Youth Service
• Best Madrassah Service
• Best Convert Support Service [New Award]
• Best Mosque Volunteer [New Award]
• Best Women’s Service
• Best Outreach Service
• Most Impactful Imam
• Most Impactful Alimah
• Best Green Initiative
• Most Innovative Service
• Best Future Design Award
