Zakat Grant Application
Local Zakat Distribution – In Partnership with the National Zakat Foundation

Almanaar has partnered with the National Zakat Foundation to deliver Zakat locally. Through this initiative, we aim to support Muslim adults in the UK who are facing immediate financial hardship.
Project Aims:
• Provide relief from urgent financial difficulties
• Foster a sense of connection within the Muslim community and strengthen faith
• Offer an additional avenue of support alongside our existing services
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
• Be Muslim
• Be residing in the UK at the time of application and grant payment
• Be eligible to receive Zakat (i.e. income below the nisab threshold)
• Not have received this grant within the past 12 months
• Have no income or a low income
Please note: Support is available regardless of residency status.
Grant Details:
Successful applicants will receive a one-off payment of up to £250 per application, within a 12-month period.

Appointment Information
The Zakat Clinic is from 2:00pm-6:00pm. Appointments will be booked from 2:00 onwards. Please attend only at your scheduled time, as this is strictly by appointment only.
