Al-Manaar Preparing for Reopening and Ramadan

Using the latest lockdown, Al-Manaar staff and volunteers have been busy working with contractors to fix water leakage, defects and to clean the Mosque in preparation for returning to congregational prayers under Covid-19 restrictions.

The fasting month of Ramadan is also approaching fast. It’s expected this year the start of Ramadan will be on the second quarter of April, subject to moon sighting. Although Covid-19 measures will most likely remain with us throughout 2021, we are preparing for a better spiritual and community activities this year in comparison to last year under full lockdown.
